JOIN THE Friends of the Libraries (FODL)
The Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries run book sales to benefit the library and sponsor cultural and social programs. By joining the Friends and getting involved you can help the Libraries.
The Friends sponsor the Molly Little Film Series every January and February along with other programs, sometimes co-sponsored by the Paskamansett Bird Club.
Thanks to the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries for providing so many museum passes for library patrons to use, including the newest additions – Blithewold Mansion and Gardens, Heritage Museum and Gardens, Boston Children’s Museum, RISD Art Museum and Plimoth Plantation.
The Friends are also underwriting the library’s summer reading program. Other gifts include the new Patron Select Collection to borrow popular titles without waiting on hold, the purchase of two movie licenses, money to replace worn out favorite children’s books and two new library carts to keep and use in the Children’s Room.
